Orders processed before 2pm GMT will be processed same day. Any orders
processed after 2:01pm GMT will be processed the next business working day.

€10 Ireland Standard post (2-4 days) Evri
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your order number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking
number.
If you have any issues with your order, please email hello@skntoskn.com with your
order number and email used to place the order.
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@skntoskn.com within 2
hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to catch it before it’s processed.
After this window, your order may already be on its way and unfortunately can’t be
cancelled.
We are IOSS compliant, which means Irish customers will not be charged import VAT or customs duties on orders under €150. Please note: this €150 limit applies to the full value of each product, not the discounted total of your order.
For example, if your order includes a product valued at €150 or more before any discount or bundle savings, customs charges may still apply, even if your final checkout total is lower. This is due to how customs authorities assess the value of goods under the IOSS system.
For orders over €150, import taxes and duties may apply at customs, and the customer will be responsible for these charges.
We ship to the UK and Ireland only. Please sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when we are able to ship to more countries.
Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase with SKN TO SKN. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help:
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of
receiving your order at hello@skntoskn.com. We will ask you for a photo of the
damage. Once we receive all the information needed, we’ll arrange a refund or
replacement right away.
We accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original
packaging. You must return the item within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a
refund.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is
faulty.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days
once we’ve received and inspected the return.
- We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene
reasons.
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. We suggest you issue a return for a full refund and purchase the correct product again.
